By using our services or submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services
We provide website design, launch, and hosting services for small businesses, including single-page informational websites.

Included in the standard one-time package:

Single-page website design
Content upload
Basic contact form
Mobile-friendly layout
Initial publishing
Transfer of ownership after payment
 

Additional work such as:

extra pages
redesigns
advanced features
e-commerce
SEO services
may be quoted separately upon request.

2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 One-time fee
A one-time fee is required before work begins.

Work does not start until full payment is received.

2.2 Hosting fees
Hosting is required to keep your website online.

We offer two hosting plans:

Hosting Only: $12/month
Hosting + Support: $30/month
Support includes up to 3 content updates per month, limited to minor edits (business hours, prices, photos, staff, services, etc.).

Major changes, redesigns, or new pages are billed separately.

2.3 Price changes
Hosting prices may change in the future.

If prices change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, by mail sent to your business address on file.

2.4 Refunds
Because services begin immediately after payment,

all fees are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Website Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the content and visual design of your website, including all text, images, logos, and other materials you provide or approve.

The website is built on third-party software (Brizy), and you receive a license to use the website hosted on that platform for as long as hosting is maintained.

We do not transfer ownership of: software code
platform licenses
templates
plug-ins
proprietary tools
internal assets used to build or maintain your website.

We reserve the right to reuse templates, layouts, or design elements across other projects.

If you discontinue hosting, you may request a downloadable backup if available, but functionality may be limited outside the Brizy platform.

4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing: accurate business information
licensed images and text
timely feedback

You are responsible for ensuring that provided content does not violate: copyright
trademark law
privacy rights
defamation law

You grant us permission to use your provided content to build your website.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel hosting services at any time with 30 days’ notice.

If you cancel hosting: your website may be taken offline you may request a downloadable backup
restoration or migration may incur additional fees

6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:

increased website traffic
customer acquisition
revenue growth
search engine ranking
Web performance depends on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beavers Digital LLC is not liable for:

lost revenue
business disruptions
damages caused by downtime
errors in third-party services
loss of content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the past 12 months.

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may collect basic business information such as:

name
email
phone
address
website data

This information is used solely to:

provide services
send invoices
deliver updates
maintain accounts
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. SMS and Email Communications
By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive:

Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing.
